[Replace when] Fluoro glass sheet breaks, burns, or
when the seal becomes messy, etc.
When fluoro glass sheet is damaged, pull it forward to
cover the heating element with new (non damaged) part.
If the fluoro glass sheet has adhered to the heating
element, peel off it carefully.

~ 30cm length fluoro glass sheet is wound for to use
as spare. When remained part becomes short, please
replace the whole fuoro glass sheet. (Refer to "9-2
Replacing the fluoro glass sheet".)
■ Lower fluoro glass sheet (for all types)

Loosen white plastic nuts at the lower sponge
holder to free the fluoro glass roll bar.

Turn the roll bar so that the damaged fluoro glass
sheet is shifted to the roll bar side facing you and
so that the new part of the fluoro glass sheet is
pulled out over the heating element.

Straighten out the fluoro glass sheet by turning
the roll bar. Tighten the white plastic nuts
loosened in “1” and stabilize the roll bar with the
lower sponge holder.
■ Upper fluoro glass sheet (for double-side
heating type)

Loosen the white plastic nuts that fix the roll bar
holder to free the fluoro glass sheet roll bar.

Next, loosen the white plastic nuts that fix the
fluoro glass sheet holding plate and pull out the
edge of fluoro glass sheet.
Cut the damaged part of fluoro glass sheet using
scissors.

Insert the edge of fluoro glass sheet between the
holding plate and pressure lever. Securely fix the
holding plate with white plastic nuts.

Straighten out the fluoro glass sheet by turning
the roll bar. Tighten the white plastic nuts
loosened in “1” and stabilize the roll bar with the
roll bar holders.
