Four patterns of operating method are entered at the shipment from factory.
These initial patterns can be changed and the new pattern also can be added. Maximum 10 patterns can be
entered.
Please set the optimum operating pattern for your sealing situation.
[01] SEALING ONLY . . . . . . .. 8-1 Sealing only operation
[02] VAC & SEAL manual . . . . . . .. 8-2 Manual vacuum and seal
[03] 1 GAS / Timer . . . . . . .. 8-3 1 time vacuum (by timer) + gas fl seal
[04] 2 GAS / Timer . . . . . . .. 8-4 2 time vacuum (by timer) + gas fl seal
Start the operation after preparation described in “7 Preparation”.

8 Proper use of the sealer
Caution
The pressure lever will descend by depressing the foot switch. Be careful not to pinch your fingers
etc. when placing the pouch to the sealing area while the power is on.
Caution
Do not touch the sealing area as the seal receiving plate gets hot with the prolonged use of the
machine.
Attention
Set the sealing heights, angle and nozzle stroke during the trial operation while actually performing
vacuuming and gas-flushing. Repeat the test several times and then start the operation.
TIPS
Push ENT button to stop the operation without turning the power off.
TIPS
In order to make the vacuuming smooth, set the packaging content as close as the nozzle.
Attention
In an emergency, push the red emergency stop switch to turn off the circuit breaker.
