A method to mount a printer to the sealer varies according to each printer model. Read this chapter thoroughly
before mounting the printer and properly fix it to the sealer.
Tape feeding amount is associated with pressure lever
up/down motion.
Adjust sealer pedal height so lever opening becomes
22mm. If the opening is not enough, the printer cannot
properly feed print tape. See sealer manual for how to
adjust pedal height.

When mounting an inside printing device FEP-N2 and
standard table, insert two spacers between a table and
seal frame as in the right illustration.
When mounting an outside printing device FEP-OS-N2,
these spacers are not required.

If the spacers are not inserted, the
standard table will interfere with a type
contact bracket and cannot be attached to
the seal frame.

TIPS When mounting a printer to the sealer, it is required to open/raise the pressure lever (upper jaw) of the
sealer. Refer to the section “Replacing the routine maintenance parts >>> Preparation” of your sealer
operating instructions for how to open the lever. There is no description about it in this manual.
