Enable or Disable Zones for Entry Delay
If a Detector zone is enabled with an Entry Delay, the alarm will provide a 30
second delay on entry to enable you to disarm the alarm before it is setoff.
When the alarm is trigged with the Entry Delay zone, the internal screamer will
beep continuously for 30 seconds until disarmed or set into alarm.
TO ENABLE A DETECTOR FOR ENTRY DELAY
1.
Enter entry delay programming mode:
1. Press the ‘ # ‘ key then enter your 4-digit Pin
Code followed by the number ‘6’ key.
2. You will hear a low tone beep confirming that
the alarm is ready to enable an Entry Delay for
a detector zone, immediately...

Select the Detector/Zone you wish to have an Entry
Delay enabled on:
1. Press the ‘ # ‘ key then enter your 4-digit Pin
Code.
2. Press the number of the Zone/Detector you
wish to enable an Entry Delay for.
3. You will hear the number of beeps equivalent
to the number of the zone you have enabled
for an Entry Delay, along with any other zones
that have entry delay enabled.
Example: if you already enabled zone 1 for an Entry
Delay and added zone 3 for an Entry Delay, you will
hear the alarm beep once then pause then beep 3
times. These beeps are to provide an indication of
which zones have been enabled for an Entry Delay.
