Step B – Add your account details 

 

*Note: At this stage you will be provided with a 6-digit account number. 

Record this number somewhere safe as it is needed to log on 

to the website in the future. 

 

Enter an account name that will be used to refer to your account if you ever 

speak to a customer service operator.  

 

 

 

Enter the phone number and address of the property where the alarm will be 

installed. This is very important because it is used by our monitoring station to 

send guard or emergency services to your premises.
