Glue Line End Early & Late Tolerances

The
Glue Line – Early End
is the maximum allowed distance the pattern is allowed to end early
and still be considered
Good and within tolerance
. The
Glue Line – Late End
is the maximum
allowed distance the pattern is allowed to end late and still be considered
Good and within
tolerance
. Anything outside of the +/- Tolerance will trigger a failure.
As shown in Figure 29:

Zone 1 - is the Pattern End location that will cause a failure because the pattern
