: When the start key is pressed, the drive motor (DM) and the upper paper feed clutch (PFCL-U) turn on and upper

paper feed pulleys rotate to start primary paper feed.

: 263 ms after the leading edge of the first paper turns the registration switch (RSW) on, the registration clutch (RCL)

turns on and the right registration roller rotates.

: 300 ms after the trailing edge of the first paper turns the registration switch (RSW) off, the registration clutch (RCL)
