5.2 Setting the Arc Pattern (Part Circle Models)
The arc pattern is adjustable from a minimum of 30
0
up to 360
0
. The arc pattern is typically
set initially without turning on the sprinkler, then making final adjustments if needed once a
full rotation has been observed.
Prior to setting the arc adjustment gently pry up the M-‐160 top cover and pull the
“kickstand” into a downward position to that holds the sprinkler in the popped-‐up position.

Pull outwards on the upper and lower spring stops where they come together to set the arc
pattern turning them clockwise or counter-‐clockwise as needed. The limits of the arc
pattern are set by the spring stops, (see Figure 8-‐1).
