WARRANTY
The conditions of warranty are stated in the “GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE" available for
consultation at
www.unaohm.it
.
Revision operations are carried out by Technical Support at our facility located at Via G. Di
Vittorio, 49 20068 Peschiera Borromeo (Milan), where the units must be sent. Shipment
must be carriage unpaid with adequate packing, preferably in the original packing in order
to prevent damage during transportation.
In order to take advantage of the warranty a copy of the invoice or fiscal sales receipt
relative
to the purchase of the instrument must be produced.
The warranty will be considered void in case of tampering, modifications or repairs
carried out by unauthorised personnel.
The power batteries and piles are not included in the warranty.
13.1.
OUT OF-WARRANTY ASSISTANCE
Even after the terms of warranty have expired, customers can take advantage of our
assistance service in order to repair their devices (as long as such interventions are deemed
cost-effective).
The reparability of the mechanical spare parts, as well as any electronic circuits
manufactured using distinct components, is guaranteed for a period of up to 5 years; in the
case of integrated circuits, the availability of spare parts is guaranteed while supplies last
and, subsequently, as long as they are available on the market.
Instruments no longer covered by warranty are normally repaired upon full payment; price
quotations must be expressly requested upon the delivery of the instrument itself. If the
price quotation should not be accepted, the customer will be billed for the quotation alone.
In order to avoid any inconveniences, it is extremely important that the device be shipped
with a regular packing list, complete with all the information required by law.
