14. TROUBLESHOOTING
This troubleshooting chart enables the user to solve minor malfunctions,
prior to contacting our service department.
Only technical personnel having proper qualifications and holding technical
documentation (including a technician manual) and adequate information
are authorized to service the apparatus.

sterilization stage for 2 seconds during
sterilization cycle.
Perform a new cycle.

This message is displayed if the
system cannot reach the required
temperature, in the chamber, within 10
minutes.
Perform a new cycle.

(Cooling)
This message is displayed if the
system cannot reach the required
temperature, in the cooling stage,
within preset time.
Check and fix the city (tap)
water supply.
