Operations Sequence

Insert water to chamber.

Heating by actuation of electrical heaters until the sterilization
temperature is reached.

Sterilization temperature is maintained constant for the preset
sterilization time.

Steam is slowly exhausted from the chamber, until the pressure reaches
130kPa then fast exhaust is opened to remove the remaining water.
