Who does what?
All conditions described in this chapter must be fulfilled before
the machine is delivered.
The customer carries out the following work:
■
Transporting the machine to the installation site.
■
Install, align and level the machine.
■
Connect the machine to the compressed air supply.
■
Connect the machine to the gas supply (gas cylinder or cen-
tral gas supply).
Only the welding specialist contracted by the customer may
establish the gas supply.
■
Perform function check.
■
Instructing personnel.
The following work is to be performed by a trained electrician:
■
Connect the machine to the electrical supply.
■
Check the orientation of the rotating field:
A clockwise phase rotation must be available. Replace the
phases, if necessary.
Further information on the installation and cabling of the
machine can be found in the supplied installation and cabling
diagrams.
An instruction video can be called up via a QR code on the
front of the machine.
