10. Refer to Figure 3-101. Remove the power con nec tor from PL2 and the DB25

com mu ni ca tions con nec tor from PL6 on the rear of the dis pens er.

11. Refer to Figures 3-102 and 3-103, along with the provided instructions be-

low for lifting the SDD mechanism. Slowly pull the dispenser forward and

then up off the mounting tray. Make sure the riser bar (retractable mounting

trays only) remains in place over the two (2) threaded wing nut studs on the

mounting tray.

The mechanism should be lifted at points A and B as shown on Figure 3-103 .
Position A: Grip the heatsink (rear).

Note: Do not touch the Control PCB or

any of the components attached to the

bottom of the heatsink.

Position B: Support the front beneath the

delivery point on the right side.

Note: Do not touch the lower belt, exit

sensor, or the Static Discharge Brush. Al-

low the heatsink to cool before lifting the

mechanism.
