3.4. Floor Mounting Guidelines
For convenience the hydraulic separator may be fitted
to the left or right side of the Instinct to assist with
installation. Provision must be made for this when
positioning the Instinct.
Use extreme care not to drop the boiler or cause
bodily injury while lifting or positioning the boiler
for installation. Failure to comply with the above
guidelines can result in substantial property
damage, serious injury or death.
3.5. Leveling Instructions
The Instinct is supplied with four adjustable feet. Once
the boiler is in the required position the feet may be
adjusted to ensure the boiler is installed in a stable level
position. To adjust the height of the feet first slacken
the locking nut. The feet can now be adjusted by using
a spanner and turning the feet to raise or lower them.
Once the boiler is stable and level the locking nuts can
be re-tightened to fix the position.

3.6. Front Panel Removal
Remove the two securing screws on top of the control
pod. Rotate the pod upwards. Lift the front panel to
disengage the keyhole slots and remove the panel.
Re-fit in the reverse order.
