Updating the InterScan Gateway Security Appliance Firmware

On the Product Information tab, click 

Launch

.

 The Trend Micro Appliance 

Firmware Flash Utility opens, and the following screen appears:

Click 

Detect

 to acquire the IP address of the appliance BMC.

Note:

For successful detection, configure the IP address of the local computer to be 
in the same segment as that of the appliance BMC.

Select the detected entry by clicking the table row with the detected information.

7.

Click 

Flash BMC

.

 The Appliance Firmware Flash utility (AFFU) prompts you 

for a user name and password.

8.

Leave the user name field empty and type 

root

 in the password field. The 

AFFU-BMC screen appears as shown below.
