Mounting the Battery Box 

 

Do not connect 110-120 VAC to the gas control valve or wiring system of this fireplace.   

Overview of Battery Box Installation 

 

Staple the wire near the junction 

box. This prevents the wires 

from slipping out of the junction 

box during installation.  Take 

care to prevent damage to wires.

Junction Box

Battery Box

Cover Plate, Switch, and 

Screws (included) - 

Make sure the switch on the 

cover plate lines up with the 

switch on the battery box.

Battery Box Wire

Wire Length 12'

 Do not route the wires over the top of 

the fireplace.

Remove the cover plate 
to access the batteries.
