EIGHT SEGMENT BRIDGE

1.3 The SwitchMasterFL™ Eight Segment Bridge

The SwitchMasterFL™ Eight Segment Bridge provides six (6) pairs of fiber
transmit (TX) and receive (RX) data connectors, a DB9 serial port
connector, LED status indicators, and a reset switch.

Connectors

Six (6) sets of fiber (TX and RX) connectors and a DB9 serial port
connector are provided at the front of the SwitchMasterFL™ Eight Segment
Bridge.

Two additional spaces are provided at the front of the SwitchMasterFL™
Eight Segment Bridge for installation of “X” Slot cards.

NOTE: A power connector is provided at the back of the
SwitchMasterFL™ Bridge.

Switches

The reset switch reinitializes the SwitchMasterFL™ Eight Segment Bridge.
