Toyota Orderpicker Model

15 Service Manual

Hydraulic Manifold

Hydraulic Manifold location

Lower the operator platform before

removing the hydraulic manifold.

Remove

Turn key switch OFF and disconnect

battery.

Remove tractor covers.

3. Drain hydraulic reservoir. See "Hydraulic

Fluid" on page 7-60.

Remove hoses.

Remove the two bolts holding the manifold
to the bracket.

Install

Mount manifold to its bracket.

2. Replace the O-rings a t manifold openings.

OTE

Lubricate O-rings with clean hydraulic

fluid before installing.

Connect the hoses to the manifold.

Fill reservoir. See "Lubrication

Specification Chart" on page A-2.

Install tractor covers.

6. Connect power and test lift system

function before returning truck to service.
