When the TPIAS is enable and when the counter value
matches the compare register CPRA, the TPIAS is set
to assert the TMINTREQ*. By writing “0” into the

“1” is invalid.
0: When reading, no interrupt has occurred.
When writing, interrupt is negated.
1: When reading, it matches with the compare
