Memory size 4MB

When two 2-Mbyte ROMs are used like above, a boot ROM (containing initialization
program) has to be connected to bank 0 and another one to bank 1. The boot ROM can be
accessed properly in default state immediately after reset. Then a memory size is set 4 Mbyte,
two ROMs are accessible as a continuous address space.
