The TMP89FM42 is a single-chip 8-bit high-speed and high-functionality microcomputer incorporating 32768
bytes of Flash Memory. It is pin-compatible with the TMP89CM42 (Mask ROM version). The TMP89FM42 can
realize operations equivalent to those of the TMP89CM42 by programming the on-chip Flash Memory.
