14. 8-bit Timer Counter (TC0)

Note 1: When STOP mode is started, T00RUN and T01RUN are cleared to "0" and the timers stop. Set T001CR again to use tim-

ers 00 and 01 after STOP mode is released.

Note 2: When a read instruction is executed on T001CR, bits 7 to 4 are read as "0".

Note 3: When OUTAND is "1", output is obtained from the

PWM1

and

PPG1

pins only. There is no timer output to the

PWM0

and

PPG0

pins. If the PWM0 and PPG0 pins are set as the function output pins in the port setting, the pins always output "H".

Note 4: OUTAND and TCAS can be changed only when both TC01RUN and TC00RUN are "0". When either TC01RUN or

TC00RUN is "1" or both are "1", the register values remain unchanged by executing write instructions on OUTAND and
TCAS. OUTAND and TCAS can be changed at the same time as TC01RUN and TC00RUN are changed from "0" to "1".
