Unblinded Groups Default

Introduction

Only two of the G3’s nineteen programming

groups are accessible (unblinded) to the user when the

G3 is first powered or is defaulted to factory settings. This document outlines the keystrokes
necessary to create a custom default setting that has unblinded all programming groups except the
macros.

After this programming is completed, the drive will be set to Toshiba factory defaults and all the
programming groups except the macros will be unblinded.

At any time, to reset the drive back to Toshiba defaults

with the groups unblinded

, put a “6” in

Standard Setting Mode Selection in the UTILITY PARAMETER group.

At any time, to reset the drive back to Toshiba defaults, put a “3” in Standard Setting Mode Selection
in the UTILITY PARAMETER group.
