Install the hardware with the bolt heads

Assemble the 6 flange-head bolts (1/2 x 3
inches) through the holes in the channels and
the tubes.

Assemble the 6 flange locknuts (1/2 inch) onto
the flange-head bolts.
7.
Torque the flange-head bolts and locknuts to 91
to 113 N∙m (67 to 83 ft-lb).
