USB (Type A): 

Connects a general HID mouse (such as the Dell MS116C) to control the stage movement by scrolling 
the wheel back and forth. When the device is set in open-loop operation, it will move a set number of 
pulses  with  each  scroll,  while  in  closed-loop  operation  it  will  move  at  a  set  step  distance  with  each 
scroll. 

CH1 & CH2: 

The SMC ports can be used to control open-loop stages. 

15-Pin D-SUB: 

Connect to stages with both open- and closed-loop operation, which work with resolution up to 10 
nm and a speed up to 20 mm/s. please refer to Figure 3.3.7 and Table 3.3.8 for pin assignment and
