Get Current Speed SPD?
Returns current speed set, will return true speed set (from 2-
20mm/s) in closed-loop or open-loop operation.

Set Target Speed SPD=x
Sets the desired speed. It can be set from 2 to 20 mm/s in
closed-loop or open-loop operation.

Frequency of
Channel 1
FRQ?
Returns current frequency of open-loop operation. The unit
is Hz.

Channel 1
FRQ=x
Where x is in units of decimal Hz, used in open-loop
operation.

Channel 2.

Return current frequency of open-loop operation. The unit is
Hz.

Where x is in units of decimal Hz, used in open-loop

Parameters
Kp? Returns current Kp value.

Parameters
Kp=x Where x must be a float that will be stored in Flash memory.

Ki? Returns current Ki value.

Returns the target position in unit of mm which is calculated
based on Analog In Gain and Analog In Offset.

Get Daisy-Chain
Status
DCS?
Returns the current status, these are "Single-Mode", "Chain-
Mode Main", "Chain-Mode Secondary1", "Chain-Mode
Secondary2", ... "Chain-Mode Secondary11".
Daisy-chain
’s Get command format is as follows:
M0:<CMD?>_Sx:<CMD?>_Sy:<CMD?><CR>
M0 means the fixed Main, while Sx means x-th Secondary, x
starts from 1 to 11.
<CMD?> means listed Get, e.g. POS?, and the return code
begins with "Sx:".

DCS=x
Where x = 0 means in Single Mode, x=1 means Main, x=2 to
12 means Secondary1 to Secondary11
Daisy-chain set command format is as following,
M0:<CMD=A>_Sx:<CMD=B)_Sy:<CMD=C><CR>
M0 means the fixed Main, while Sx means x-th Secondary, x
starts from 1 to 11.
<CMD=A> means listed Command, e.g. POS=0.1mm
