6.3.22. SPR=n; POSP? - Step Response
SPR command is used to move the stage in step response behavior and record position data at same time.
SPR=n
Set the step size to n, in units of 10 nm.
POSP?
Queries an array of 8192 data representing all sampled position data during last SPR command.
Return:
Yes!
Xxxx
Xxxx
....
xxxx
Where the results started by string of Yes!, followed by 8192 data.
6.3.23. SW=n; SW?
– Switch Output
SW command is used to switch output.
SW=n
Switch output to D-Sub when n=0, to SMC when n=1.
SW?
Queries the status of output.
Return:
n
Where the result is the same as the value set above.
6.3.24. MOVF=x.y; MOVB=x.y
– Move Stage in Open Loop
MOVF or MOVB command is used to move the stage forward or backward for specific steps defined by x. The
parameter y is only useful in SMC mode, where y=0 means channel 1, y=1 means channel 2, other values
mean both channels.
MOVF=x.y or MOVB=x.y
Move forward or backward for steps of x and y.
6.3.25. SPD2F=x; SPD2B=x
– Amplitude Level of Forward or Backward Direction
SPD2F or SPD2B command is used to set output forward or backward amplitude level in SMC mode defined by
x, x ranges from 10 to 100. This feature allows users to adjust the forward or backward speed of the stages in
SMC mode.
Notice: this command is valid for both channels.
SPD2F=x or SPD2B=x
Set output forward or backward amplitude level for both channels.
