Returns the current status of external trigger mode,
"ML"(Manual mode), "AR/AF"(Analog-In mode with
rising/falling edge), "FR/FF[value]"(Fixed-Step size mode),
and "PR/PF[pos1],PR/PF[pos2]"(Two-Position Switching
mode).

Where "XXX"="ML" means Manual mode (default),
"XXX"="AR/AF" means Analog-In mode with rising/falling
edge set, "XXX"=FR/FF[value] means Fixed-Size mode with
rising/falling edges set and value ranging from -10.0 to
+10.0, "XXX"=PR/PF[pos1],PR/PF[pos2] means Two-
Position-Switching mode with rising/falling for each position,
assigned by pos1 and pos2.

Position Limit PLT=[Min,Max]
Where Min/Max stands for the minimum and maximum
values of position respectively. The controller will not
respond to a value beyond this range.

AMD? Returns '1' when enabled, '0' when disabled.

Switches the abnormal move detection on or off, default is
on. Used to detect stage stuck or move by external force,
where x=1 means Enable Detection, while x=0 means
Disable Detection.
