Store

Store all operational parameters to flash memory, so that the device will upload it automatically after
next power cycle.

Options

Inside Options, users can set PID parameters, whose values will be stored permanently until the
Restore function is executed. Users can also set analog out parameters, abnormal detection, and
restore functions.

The PDXC parameters are listed in the pop-up connection table.

We strongly advise against revising the PID values, as they are already optimized for speed and stability in factory
and could lead to non-optimum performance if not correctly tuned. The analog out parameter will be explained in
detail in Section 5.1.6, External Trigger Mode. The Abnormal Move Detect setting is used to monitor the stage
moving, and will give warnings if any abnormal movement occurs on the stage.
