3.5 PD Input Commands
The
INPut[1]
subsystem controls the PD input of the instrument.
Note
These commands are valid for LDC4000 and ITC4000 Series instruments only. For LDC4000
and ITC4000 Series instruments the command suffix is 1 (can be omitted).

Set PD-input routing

3.5.1 Polarity
Syntax
INPut[1]:POLarity {NORMal|CG|INVerted|AG}
INPut[1]:POLarity?
Description
The
INPut[1]:POLarity
command sets the PD input polarity to cathode ground (
NORMal
or
CG
) or anode ground (
INVerted
or
AG
). The parameters
NORMal
and
INVerted
are for SCPI
conformance.
Example
INP:POL CG
Sets the PD input polarity to cathode ground.
INP:POL?
Queries the PD input polarity.
CG
The response is either
CG
or
AG
.

This command is valid for LDC4000 and ITC4000 Series instruments only.
