Series 4000 SCPI Programmers Reference Manual

3.20 Calibration Subsystem Commands

4000 Series instruments do not provide an internal calibration mechanism, they are calibrated

at the factory. The

CALibration

subsystem for 4000 Series instruments only provides a

means of retrieving the instrument's calibration string. This string is factory set at calibration

time.
