This is part of the Automatic SCSI termination logic: SCSI A P2 signal will be forced to ground by the mating SCSI connector when
attached. This will disable the active onboard SCSI terminator on the P2 side.

VME64 Standard for P2 pin B3 is RETRY.

Selection is made by solder beads SB1801-1811
