When in doubt, look it up

Menu items on the display

You can switch off the second call function (also possible when telephon-

ing) if you do not wish to be distrubed. Any calls are entered in the call list.

You can deactivate the second call function in the ”Telephone settings”

menu.

Select the partners for whom you want to set up the

the call diversion.

This function allows you to set up several partner diversions and delete

them again, if necessary.

You can modify the handsfree mode to suit the requirements of your office

and environment.

For activating Double Call on lines.

You can assign a line to a different line- or destination key.

For activating Double Call for partners.

You can delete the display of a partner and acitvate it again.

You can assign a partner to a different partner or destination key.

Enter the new PIN.

You can switch the signal tone for appointments on or off.
