Overview of the telephone functions
If you do not know what is concealed behind a function name—such as Code dial—
then you can look it up here. This alphabetical list describes the functions which you
can assign to the function keys F1--F4 or to the display keys.
The pages mentioned contain further information on the respective topic.
Activates the ACD user function to log on and off of the automatic call dis-
tribution. The ACD needs to be set up by the TENOVIS Service.
Adjust the handset and loudspeaker volumes, the sound of various tones
and the contrast.
The current time in other parts of the world can be displayed.
You can enter your appointment as a short text. The text appears in the
display at the appointed time. In addition a signal also sounds.
You can divert calls to other telephones within your system.
You can view the list of the call charges incurred.
Allows you to dial any call number stored in your system independent of
your authorisation. If you enter the code dial number, the entire call number
is dialed automatically. Additionally to the code dial number you can also
dial further digits (such as a number for a direct call)
Speaking with two callers simultaneously.
