Accepting calls
When you receive a call
Your telephone rings. The call is shown in the display.
Lift the handset.
When another phone receives a call (Pick--up)
Another telephone rings.

Enter the number of the ringing telephone with your handset on--hook.
Scroll to the
Call pick-up
menu item.
Confirm your selection.

Using the phone without the handset: Press the Handsfree key.

If your telephone system is set accordingly, you have the option of picking up a
call in a different manner. This entails nothing other than entering a code. After
lifting the handset, enter, for example, ”*6” for the ”Pick-up” function and then
enter the call number of the ringing telephone. You will then hear a special dial
tone. The call is then directly transferred.
