Assigning a call number in the telephone book to a destination key
Call up the telephone book.

Press a digit key with letters or a programmed function key to enter the
first letter of the name, such as N.
Scroll to the desired menu item, e.g.

Confirm your selection.

Modify entry
menu item.

menu item.

Press the desired destination key.

If a destination key is already assigned to a function, the old content will be
overwritten by the new entry. The old content is stored with the allocation ”Only
telephone book” entry.
