Occupying a line

Press the desired line key.

Lift the handset. The line is occupied. You can now call a subscriber as usual.

Answering a call to a phone line

A telephone rings. The corresponding line display flashes.

Press the line key. The call on this line is diverted to you. Your phone rings.

You can now answer the call.

Four spaces per Multiline key are provided for information in the display fields.

If the name of the line is known, the first four characters of this name are

displayed. Otherwise, the last four digits of the line number are displayed.
