Display

There is a message for you in the Voice Mail.

Someone has tried to reach you while you were out or your line was busy.

You can view the corresponding information.

You have received a new text message.

to another telephone in your system, this status message indicates that you

are logged on to this telephone. You can use it in the same manner as your

own telephone.

To log off of a telephone: Select the corresponding status message or

press the ”Logout” function key.

The partners can no longer see in their displays whether you are making a

call, being called, using call diversion, etc.

Additional calls are rejected during a connection. You can deactivate the

second call function in the ”Telephone settings” menu.

(”PAxx” is a dummy for the name of the partner from your partner group.)

You have seized an exchange line for a telephone in your partner group.

You can now make a connection for this partner.
