4. Remove the three hex screws holding the

squeegee lever bracket assembly to the left
side of the solution tank.

5. Locate the charger safety switch at the

bottom of the lever bracket assembly. Mark
and disconnect the wires leading to the
switch.

6. Remove the two hex screws and nuts

holding the charger safety switch to the
bracket. Remove the switch.

7. Install the new switch onto the bracket.

Reinstall the hex screws and nuts. Position
the switch so it is activated when the
connector from the battery charger is
plugged into the machine connector.
Tighten the hardware.

8. Reconnect the wires to the new switch.

See electrical schematic in this section.

9. Position the squeegee lever bracket

assembly to the left side of the solution tank.
Reinstall the three hex screws and tighten to
18 – 20 Nm (15 – 18 ft lb).
