5. SMONTAGGIO E MONTAGGIO DELLA MACCHINA
ATTENZIONE:
Non iniziare per nessun motivo le operazioni di
smontaggio prima che la macchina sia com-
pletamente ferma e che le parti caldi si siano
raffreddate. Assicurarsi che la macchina non sia
in tensione, (togliere I fusibili o attivare il pulsan-
te di emergenza). Segnalare con appositi car-
telli la situazione di riparazione e/o manutenzio-
ne in corso.
ATTENZIONE:
Per tutte le altre operazioni di manutenzione non
contemplate nel presente libretto, è indispensa-
bile contattare un’officina autorizzata TEM.
5.1.1. SMONTAGGIO CORPO POMPA

Allentare le viti (1) del corpo pompa.
-
Eseguire la pulizia della girante (2) e della parte
interna del corpo pompa (3).
-
Inserire il corpo pompa e Serrare le viti.

5. DISMANTLING AND ASSEMBLY OF THE
MACHINE
ATTENTION:
Do not begin the dismantling process under any
circumstance unless the machine is at a
complete standstill and the hot parts have cooled
down completely. Make sure that the machine
is not energised (remove fuses or activate the
emergency push button). Put suitable signs in
place indicating the current state of machine
repair and/or maintenance.
ATTENTION:
For all other maintenance operations not
described in this Manual, please be sure to
contact a TEM authorised workshop.
5.1.1. DISMANTLING THE PUMP BODY

Loosen the screws (1) of the pump body.
-
Clean the impeller (2) and the inner part of the
pump body (3).
-
Insert the pump body and tighten the
screws.
