- Appena svuotato la Campana richiudere i rubinetti NR3.
e NR.2.
A questo punto possiamo riprocedere ad un nuovo ciclo
produttivo come precedentemente descritto.
4.3.2. ARRESTO DELLA RIEMPITRICE
Per arrestare la macchina procedere come segue:
- Sollevare il coperchietto dei pulsanti e premere il bot-
tone Rosso di Stop.
- Eseguire lo svuotamento campana, come descritto
precedentemente nel caso di arresto per Campana pie-
na.
4.3.3. CONTROLLO DI ESERCIZIO
Durante ilm funzionamento della riempitrice si richiede
all’operatore di eseguire i seguenti controlli:
- Controllare il livello del serbatoio di prelievo prodotto,
- Controllare il livello del Serbatoio Campana, quando è
pieno si interrompe il riempimento, provvedere al suo
svuotamento,
- Controllare il livello del filtro pompa, vedi manuale
pompa allegato
- Controllare il livello del filtro in entrata corpo pompa, in
caso di eccessivi residui provvedere al suo svuotamento,
- Controllare il livello dell’olio lubrificazione Pompa, vedi
manuale pompa allegato.
.- Once the Bell has been emptied, close cocks No. 3
and No. 2 once again.
At this point, it is possible to start again with a new
production cycle as described previously.
4.3.2. STOPPING THE FILLING MACHINE
In order to stop the machine, proceed as follows:
- Lift the cover over the push buttons and press the
Red Stop button.
- Empty the bell, following the same procedure as that
described previously for the event in which the machine
stops due to the bell being over-full.
4.3.3. CONTROL DURING OPERATION
During operation of the filling machine, it is necessary
for the machine operator to carry out the following
checks:
- Check the level in the product pick-up tank,
- Check the level of the Bell Tank; when full, stop the
filling process and empty it,
- Check the level of the pump filter, see pump manual
enclosed,
- Check the level of the pump body entry filter and
empty it if it contains excessive residue,
- Check the level of the pump lubrication oil, see Pump
Manual enclosed.
