4.3. AVVIAMENTO ED ARRESTO RIEMPITRICE

4.3.1. AVVIAMENTO DELLA RIEMPITRICE
Prima di accendere la Macchina si consiglia la lettura
delle istruzioni della Pompa allegate, anche se la
regolazione della lubrificazione viene effettuata da T.E.M.
in fase di collaudo.
- Posizionare le bottiglie sul vassoio ed inserire le bot-
tiglie nei becchelli.
- Sollevare il coperchietto dei pulsanti e premere il bot-
tone Verde di Start.
- Se non collegato provvedere a il collegamento del tubo
di aspirazione NR.1 al serbatoio prodotto.
- Controllare che i rubinetti NR.2 (SCARICO CAMPA-
NA) e NR.3 (SFIATO CAMPANA) siano ben chiusi.
- Aprire il rubinetto NR.5 (ASPIRAZIONE POMPA).
ATTENZIONE:
Se dopo alcuni secondi dall’accensione della
macchina la pompa non innesca il vuoto in Cam-
pana controllare le tubazioni ed i raccordi dei col-
legamenti che non ci siano infiltrazioni d’aria.
- Dopo poco tempo che la pompa è accesa si vede
arrivare il prodotto in bottiglia, quando il liquido raggiun-
ge il livello in bottiglia, questo avviene quando il liquido
va a tappare il foro di recupero aria sul retro del
becchello, avviene l’arresto del liquido e quello in ec-
cesso viene recuperato in Campana.
- A questo punto si può togliere la bottiglia piena ed
inserire quella vuota, e cosi via.
- Il tempo medio di riempimento della campana è di
circa 20 - 25 minuti, si ricorda che quando la campana
raggiunge il livello massimo consentito interviene il troppo
pieno e si apre il rubinetto NR.4 (SFIATO GALLEG-
GIANTE) che interrompe il riempimento delle bottiglie.
- Se il riempimento della bottiglia avviene troppo rapida-
mente e di conseguenza anche quello della Campana
è possibile rallentarli aprendo parzialmente (+ o -) il
rubinetto NR.3 (SFIATO CAMPANA).
- Quando si è avuto un arresto per Campana piena si
deve procedere allo svuotamento della stessa seguen-
do questa procedura:
* Premere il pulsante di Stop, per arrestare la
pompa.
* Chiudere il rubinetto NR.5 (ASPIRAZIONE POM-
PA).
* Aprire i rubinetti NR.3 (SFIATO CAMPANA) e
NR.2 (SCARICO CAMPANA), ricordarsi di inserire un
contenitore sotto quest’ultimo rubinetto.
4.3. STARTING-UP AND STOPPING THE FILLING
MACHINE
4.3.1. STARTING-UP THE FILLING MACHINE
Before turning the machine on, it is advisable to read
the Pump instructions enclosed, even though its
lubrication is regulated by T.E.M. during testing.
- Place the bottles on the tray and position the
bottles in the spouts.
- Lift the cover over the push buttons and press the
Green Start button.
- If not connected, connect suction pipe No. 1 to the
product tank.
- Make sure that cocks No. 2 (BELL RELEASE) and
No. 3 (BELL BREATHER) are properly closed.
- Open cock No. 5 (PUMP SUCTION)
ATTENTION:
If the pump does not trigger suction in the Bell
a few seconds after the machine is started up,
make sure that there is no air filtering into the
pipes and respective fittings.
- Shortly after the pump has been switched on, the
product begins filling the bottle; when the liquid
reaches the set level in the bottle – this happens
when the liquid plugs the air recovery hole situated
on the back of the spout – the liquid stops being
poured and any excess liquid is recuperated in the
Bell.
- At this point, the full bottle can be removed and
replaced with an empty one, and so on.
- The average filling time of the bell is approx. 20 –25
minutes; remember that when the bell reaches the
maximum level allowed, the over-full valve intervenes
and cock no. 4 opens (FLOATING BREATHER), thus
interrupting the filling process of the bottles.
- If the bottle filling process takes place too rapidly
and, as a consequence, so does that of the Bell, it
can be slowed down by partially opening (+ or -)
cock No. 3 (BELL BREATHER).
- When the process is stopped due to the Bell being
full, the latter must be emptied by means of the
following procedure:
* Press the Stop push-button, to stop the
pump.
* Close cock no. 5 (PUMP SUCTION).
* Open cocks No. 3 (BELL BREATHER) and
No. 2 (BELL RELEASE), remembering to place a
container under the latter cock.
