Log into the OLT CLI. The initial username and password for the system is:
admin/tellabs
login as: _

On initial login, the administrative password must be changed. The system will
prompt for the current password in order to allow the change. Type
tellabs
at
the prompt and press
E
NTER.
Password expired, you must change your password to continue.
Enter Current Password: _

The password policy settings and new password prompt are displayed. Enter a
new password, in accordance with the security policy and press
E
NTER. Confirm
the new password when prompted.
Password Policy
- Password must:
contain at least 0 upper case letters, 0 lower case letters, 1 numbers, and 1 special
characters
have no character repeated consecutively 0 times
be different from the prior password by at least 0 characters
- Password must be a minimum of 6 characters for non Admin users.
- Password must not exceed 12 characters.
- Password cannot be the same as previous 8 passwords.

Confirm Password: _

If the new password is accepted, a message confirming the change is displayed
followed by a welcome message and the command prompt.
