2. To enable switch action, go to
[Server] → [Event Matrix] → [Event]

6.4.6.3.Dialback
If an event is associated with dialback action, the digital video recorder will request for a
connection automatically when this event is triggered.
1. To change the settings, go to
[Server] → [Event Matrix] → [Action] → [Dial Back]
.
2. To enable dialback action, go to
[Server] → [Event Matrix] → [Event]
. Choose an event and
click on
[Dial Back].
Java web page cannot respond to dialback request. Software such as TeleEye sureSIGHT or
sureGUARD is to be installed to the PC to perform dialback.
