Do not use the Speakerphone to make paging
announcements.

Note

By customizing a Feature button for Page Over
Zone, you can make a paging announcement over a
specific Page Zone. See “Customizing Feature
Buttons,” page 34.

Using Personal Speed Dials

You can program 10 Personal Speed Dials on your DP200
Display Phone using the Feature button programmer.
Personal Speed Dials are assigned numbers 0–9. For more
information on programming a Personal Speed Dial, see
“Programming Personal Speed Dials,” page 39.

To use a Personal Speed Dial, complete the following
steps:

1. Lift the handset, or press the

SPEAKERPHONE

button.

2. Press the

PERSONAL

SPEED

DIAL

Feature button

•

You hear a two-beep tone.

3. Press the number (0–9) of the Personal Speed

Dial you want to use.

•

If you select a number that isn’t assigned a
Personal Speed Dial, you hear an error tone.

System Speed Dials

The

Telecor

VS1 phone system has 99 System Speed Dials

that are shared by everyone on the system. Each System
Speed Dial has a two-digit code (01-99) assigned to it. By
customizing a Feature button for System Speed Dial, you
can gain access to the System Speed Dials. See “Custom-
izing Feature Buttons,” page 34.
