Telecor DP200 Display Phone User’s Guide

Note

If a parked call is not retrieved after a certain
amount of time, the call rings back to your exten-
sion.

Retrieving a Parked Call

To retrieve a parked call, complete the following steps:

1. Lift the handset, or press the

SPEAKERPHONE

button.

2. Press

* 2

, and then press the Park Zone number

(0–9).

The call is transferred to your station.

Paging Over a Paging Zone

The Page Over Zone feature enables you to make an
announcement that is heard on all speakers and speaker-
phones in the Page Zone that you dial. Use Page All to
make an announcement that is broadcast over all Page
Zones set up on your

Telecor

VS1 phone system.

Note

Page Zones are set up by your system installer.

To make an announcement over all Paging Zones,
complete the following steps:

1. Lift the handset.

2. Press the

PAGE

ALL

Feature button, or dial the

Page Zone extension.

3. Speak into your headset or handset microphone.

4. Hang up when you are finished speaking.
