Basic Operation

Hang up the handset to complete the transfer
unannounced.

•

To announce the transfer, wait until the
extension to which you are transferring the
call answers. Announce the transfer, and
then hang up.

Redialing an External Number

To redial the last external number you called:

1. Press the

REDIAL

Feature button.

•

The last external number is redialed.

Using the Speakerphone

The DP200 Display Phone is equipped with a Speaker-
phone that enables you to speak to callers without picking
up the handset. You can use the Speakerphone when
making and receiving calls.

You can adjust the volume of the Speakerphone by
pressing the

VOLUME

button, which is located next to the

SPEAKERPHONE

button.

Note

You can’t use the Speakerphone with a headset.

Making a Call with the Speakerphone

To make a call with the Speakerphone:

1. Press the

SPEAKERPHONE

button.

The

SPEAKERPHONE

button status lamp il-

luminates and you hear the internal dial tone.
