Some phone companies do not offer Caller ID
Name.
External Calls Transferred by an
Auto Attendant
If your company is using an Auto Attendant, the first line
displays the Auto Attendant the caller dialed, and the
information shown on the second line is what your system
configuration is set up to display when that Auto Attendant
is dialed.

Feature button to switch between the
Text Message display, Caller ID Name, and
Caller ID Number display.
Feature Status Display
Press the
B
Feature button (located just below the display)
once to show the current status of some features such as
Do Not Disturb, Call Forwarding, Handsfree and Call
Waiting. The
+
means that feature is turned on. The
–
means that feature is turned off. See Figure 9.
