The TFA1-298 control panel is equipped with a switching power supply type ALSW2827 providing a maximum output current of
2.7A @ 24V DC (default calibration 28.8V DC @ 25°C). The connection to the control panel is made via a polarized connector.
The wiring transfers to the control panel the power supply as well as diagnostics.
N.B. The voltage value measured at the battery charger output is subject to variations, due to the temperature of the battery.
The battery temperature is measured by a probe mounted on the battery surface.
Input protection
The 230V AC mains input is protected against overvoltage by varistors and by a non replaceable fuse integrated in the electronics
(F1:1A - T). Fuse blowing is necessarily attributed to a failure, or an exceptionally violent electromagnetic discharge that would
inevitably require repair.
Output protection
The output section of the power supply is automatically protected against short circuits and overloads. If one of these conditions
occurs, the device deactivates and then reactivates automatically when the cause of the cut-off is removed or normal operating
conditions are restored.
