The turbine guard has not
turned on in the start phase,
or has turned off during
operation.
The

-the turbine guard K1M has probably triggered and must once
more be engaged.
-the motor guard switch Q1 has triggered and must once more
be switched on.
F49 Vibrat.
The Vibration sensor (shake
sensor) has triggered. The
machine stops.
-ice has built up on the wings of the Turbine and has made these
unusable. Remove the ice.
F64 Hydr on
At the start phase the water
pressure does not reach the
snow machine with the
required 8 bar. After the
running of the set time
windows the machine stops.
If an automatic hydrant is
connected, the time window
needs
3
minutes,
with
manual
hydrants
60
minutes.
-the water pressure to the snow machine is under 10 bar during
the start phase. There could be different reasons for this:
-the hydrant has not been opened during running: in this case
the hydrant must be tested for its correct working.
-the water hose is breached or not connected: this error is
evident and must be resolved.
-the water pressure to the hydrant is too low: in this case the
pumping equipment is to be tested.
F65 CANcom SL
The
CAN-connection
between Master control and
Slave SPS is disrupted
- the plug on the switch box ST14 could be wrongly fixed and is
therefore to be tested.
- the plug on the switch box slave control of the Can-Comm
could be wrongly fixed and is therefore to be tested.
-the Slave control could be defective and is to be replaced.
W80 Swinging
Warning
swinging,
the
Swinging process is clearly
underway, but the Hall
sensor does not count an
impulse.
- the plug on the switch box ST5 or the plug on the motor to the
horizontal setting could be wrongly fixed and is therefore top be
tested.
The motor hor. sett. Could be defective or the drive transmission
is defective.
F97 Vmot Nr1
Valve motor 1 cannot be
opened or closed.
-opening and closing the valve more often can be tried with
manual operation.
-if this does not lead to a solution, then the reason for the
sticking of the valve is to be searched for and it is to be
corrected
.

The water pressure to the snow machine stands at under 10 bar.
There can be different reasons:
-the water hose is breached or not connected: this error is
evident and must be remedied.
-water pressure to the hydrant is too low: in this case the
pumping equipment is to be tested.

Over
pressure
during
operation.
There
is
an
automatic
hydrant
connected and nevertheless
-the water pressure to the snow machine is over 40 bar.
Establish why the hydrant cannot be closed. Should it be an
error with the hydrant, it is to be resolved. If the pressure
transmitter is defective, it is to be replaced.
